By accessing, browsing, registering for, or otherwise using the phcast platform available at phcast.vip (the "Platform"), you ("Player", "User", or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with the phcast Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules or promotional terms that may be published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease use of the Platform. phcast reserves the right to deny access to any person who does not comply with these Terms.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and phcast (collectively, the "Company"). These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

• "phcast" refers to the online gaming platform operated at phcast.vip, including all associated services, game lobbies, account management functions, and customer support channels.
• "Account" means a registered player account created on the Platform by completing the phcast registration process.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held within a Player's phcast wallet, less any pending wagering requirements applicable to bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits granted by phcast subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "Game Provider" means a third-party software supplier whose games are made available through the phcast platform.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for licensing and regulating gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures mandated by PAGCOR and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering legislation.

Access to and use of the phcast Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This minimum age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR for all real-money online gambling in the Philippines and is non-negotiable. phcast will verify your age during the KYC process. Accounts found to belong to persons under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended without notice and all funds will be frozen pending investigation.
• You are a natural person — not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity — and you are a resident of or physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of play.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, consultant, agent, or close family member of phcast or any of its affiliated companies or Game Providers.
• You are not subject to self-exclusion under any PAGCOR-administered exclusion programme or any self-exclusion request you have previously submitted to phcast.
• Gambling is legal in the jurisdiction in which you are physically present at the time you access the Platform.
• You have not been previously suspended or permanently banned from the phcast Platform for any reason.

phcast reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, and to suspend access pending receipt of satisfactory documentation.

4.1 Registration. To access real-money services on phcast, you must create an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, and a valid email address or mobile number registered in the Philippines.

4.2 One Account. Each individual may register and maintain only one phcast Account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phcast login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. phcast will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify phcast immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

4.4 KYC Verification. phcast is required by PAGCOR to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. You agree to submit such documentation as phcast may reasonably request, including but not limited to: a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification (PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, or UMID), proof of residential address, and source-of-funds documentation where required. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by phcast may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

5.1 Deposits. phcast accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the Platform, which currently include GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per method and are displayed at the time of transaction. phcast does not accept deposits from third parties — all deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible, as an anti-money laundering safeguard. All withdrawals require a fully verified phcast Account. Processing times vary by payment method; typical processing times are displayed on the Platform. phcast reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for security, compliance, or KYC verification purposes.

5.3 Currency. All transactions on phcast are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate applicable at the time of the transaction. phcast does not guarantee any specific exchange rate.

5.4 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months is considered dormant. phcast may apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant account balances in accordance with its dormant account policy, as notified to the registered email address on file.

6.1 General. phcast may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts will be clearly stated in the applicable promotion terms. phcast reserves the right to void bonuses and cancel related winnings if it determines that bonus abuse, collusion, or fraudulent wagering patterns have occurred.

6.3 Abuse. phcast monitors player activity to detect bonus abuse. Strategies designed to exploit bonuses, including but not limited to arbitrage betting, low-variance play that does not reflect genuine gaming activity, or coordinated play between multiple accounts, may result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension.

6.4 One Bonus Per Player. Unless otherwise stated, each promotion is available to one eligible player per household, device, IP address, and payment method. phcast's determination as to the existence of duplicate benefit claims is final.

7.1 Game Rules. All games available on phcast are governed by game-specific rules provided by the relevant Game Provider. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. phcast shall not be liable for losses arising from a Player's misunderstanding of game rules.

7.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game round, phcast reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the corresponding stake to the Player's wallet. phcast's decision in such cases is final. phcast is not liable for interrupted gameplay due to connectivity issues on the Player's side.

7.3 Erroneous Odds or Payouts. Any bets placed at manifestly erroneous odds or payout tables — including those resulting from a software error or display fault — may be voided by phcast at its discretion. Winnings derived from such errors will not be honoured and will be deducted from the Player's balance. phcast will notify affected players by registered email.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the phcast Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or any other artificial means to interact with games or account functions.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated wagering with other players to exploit game mechanics.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, copy, modify, or distribute any software, content, or intellectual property associated with phcast or its Game Providers.
• Using the Platform in connection with any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity as defined under Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act), as amended.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy server, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographical restrictions or security measures.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your phcast Account by any third party, including family members, for the purpose of play.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward phcast staff or other players via any communication channel.

phcast is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. The Platform offers the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your Account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on deposits to your phcast wallet.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you may lose within a specified period.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the phcast Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.

If you believe that gambling is causing harm to you or others around you, phcast encourages you to use these tools proactively and to seek support. All players are reminded that gambling is for entertainment only and should never be used as a financial strategy or a response to stress, debt, or personal difficulties.

All content on the phcast Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, graphics, logos, trademarks, game assets, text, and user interface elements — is the intellectual property of phcast or its respective Game Providers and licensors, and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal and non-commercial gaming purposes only. No other rights are granted. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, broadcast, or create derivative works from any phcast content without prior written authorisation from phcast.

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phcast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if phcast has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.2 phcast's total aggregate liability to any Player for any single claim or series of related claims arising from the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3 phcast makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components. You are responsible for configuring your devices and software to access the Platform securely.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit phcast's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12.1 By phcast. phcast reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at its discretion, with or without notice, where: (a) phcast reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms; (b) required to do so by PAGCOR or any applicable regulatory authority; (c) the Account has been inactive for an extended period; or (d) phcast ceases to operate in the Philippines.

12.2 By the Player. You may close your phcast Account at any time by contacting phcast customer support at [email protected]. Pending bonus wagering requirements will be voided upon account closure. Any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination for cause, phcast may retain amounts required to cover any outstanding obligations, regulatory reporting requirements, or suspected fraudulent activity, pending investigation.

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the phcast Platform shall first be submitted to phcast's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected]. phcast will endeavour to resolve disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it shall be referred to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines, or to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms where applicable.

phcast reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file at least seven (7) days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. phcast recommends that you review these Terms periodically. The current effective date is displayed at the top of this page.
